Vintage Matching Pair Maryland 1970's Unissued License Plates AKR 436 (P9) NM! This one even has the original envelope and wax paper sheet.
I purchased a lot of 12 unissued license plates from a local picker, mostly from Maryland. If you want to look at them click on items for sale by mediaplus and search P9 in items for sale, this is my shelf location and should pull up all of the unissued plates.
