Antique Mexican Saltillo Rug, Shawl, Poncho

Description

Antique c1930s-1940s pueblo or shawl or poncho. Beautiful blue and black stripes with white design including crosses and butterflies or dragonflies. This waving was purchased from an estate c1990 and has been stored away since new. Center medallion is said to be ripples and butterflies or dragonflies on a garden pond. Wool on cotton. Note white bands are pulled at the ends at fringe.
